Define and darken eyebrows, neutral tone eyeshadow to emphasize eyes, mascara and top lid eyeliner optional. (The eyes are all we can see, so let’s make them pop!)
Special Instructions:
Please use hairspray to make sure the hair isn’t whispy :)
