Ashburn Fall 2007 Registration
Fantasy Birthday Parties : Themes designed per each dancers dream birthday party. Dance instruction and costumes included.Schedule for Birthday Party:
1) Arrival - 15 minutes prior to start of party
2) Themed Dance party with costumes - 45 minutes
3) Use of Party Room - 30 minutes
Parents are responsible for party favors, decorations and refreshments.
CDC provides teacher, dance instruction, costumes and party rooms.
Cost $225.00 for up to 12 dancers (exceeding 12 dancers - each additional cost is $8.00 per dancer.)
Payment $50 deposit required to hold date/time for party and balance is due on the day of the special event.
